The BREEDER has done everything possible to produce healthy sound puppies. Puppy was vet checked and found free of disabling or life threatening defects. Puppy has received all required current vaccines for age.

The BUYER agrees to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery or pickup.

Puppy will be covered for the period of ___ year(s) for disabling or life threatening defects due to my breeding programs. Breeder is not responsible for accidents, injury due to accidents, lack of vet care or medical mistakes, improper diet or care and lack of training. Breeder is not responsible for allergic reactions or family disputes over purchasing a puppy. If dog is returned for a disabling or life threatening defect(s), dog will be taken to my vet for conformation when possible. Current health records and this contract (photocopies not accepted) must be sent to breeder with the dog. If puppy is sold out of state a possible second opinion may be required. Both results with health records must be sent to breeder. If disabling or life threatening defect(s) are confirmed, buyer will receive another puppy of similar quality. If the puppy is determined to be unsuitable, the Buyer can elect to keep the puppy, assuming all costs for its care or may return the puppy for a replacement (if dog is kept warranty is void). If sudden death occurs an autopsy must be performed. Results and current health records must be sent to breeder before a replacement will be made.

Buyer is responsible for all medical expenses, housing, food, shipping cost of current puppy and replacement puppy if needed. Puppy will be replaced in a reasonable amount of time with another puppy of similar qualities. I can not guarantee  the same color or markings. Buyer has the option to wait until a suitable dog is available.

Puppies sold as pets are required to be neutered or spayed at 6 months of age. Proof of neutering/spaying must be sent registered mail. Puppies sold as pets are sold without registration. If terms are not met, buyer is responsible to pay $1,500.00 fee for failure of agreed terms and dog must be spayed or neutered.

A picture of puppy must be sent at the age of 9 months or after 9 months of ownership. This helps me watch my breeding program. If requirements are not met, contract is void. Comments are welcome.

The Buyer certifies, by signing this contract, that the puppy will live with the Buyer, be confined by a fenced yard (or supervised), will have adequate exercise, nutritious food and necessary health care, including yearly vaccinations/worming. That he/she is not acting as an agent in this purchase, that the Buyer will not resell this puppy to a pet store or medical research facility.

At no time will this puppy will be placed in animal or rescue shelter. Buyer will contact breeder. I will either provide a new home or help you place your dog in a suitable home.

The BREEDER neither makes or implies any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, other than those written in the agreement including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Breeder and Buyer with respect to this sale. The Buyer’s signature below indicates that he/she has read, agrees and does understand all the conditions of the Sales Agreement and Contract of Sale.

Buyer has read and understands condition of this contract. This is a binding agreement enforced by Civil Law. Buyer and seller agree that this contract will be governed by laws of the State of Pennsylvania. If either party is forced to take legal action to enforce any part of this contract, action shall be initiated in the county of sellers residence. This also extends to internet sales across state lines. Any legal fees and court costs shall be the responsibility of the party to be found in default. This contract may not me altered or modified unless agreed to in writing by both parties. This sales contract is nontransferrable. Should Buyer relinques ownership of the dog for any reason this contract shall be deemed null and void.

At time of pickup puppy shows no visible signs of illness, broken bones or lameness. If dog is injured on an airline delivery or delivery service, breeder must be contacted immediately.
